EXPECTATIONS
Lead the Trade Compliance Team in Imports – some exports
Working within the organization to bring consistencies throughout the TC group
Subject matter expert in Trade Compliance – mostly Imports
Oversee small Trade Compliance team
Responsible for any and all Trade Compliance related issues with CBP and other gov’t agencies
ESSENTIALS
Min 7 yrs. Experience working in Trade Compliance
Required experience in: FTA’s, HTS, Duty Drawback, CoO, Reconciliation, binding rulings
Managerial experience – min 3 yrs. Experience overseeing a TC team
Experience with creating/updating Trade Compliance policies & procedures
Bachelor’s Degree required (min 3.0 GPA)
Customs Broker’s License required
