Job Description

We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Supply Chain Manager who can take charge and elevate our client's logistics and materials management to new heights. What You'll Do:

Lead and Inspire: Guide the supply chain team towards growth, fostering a collaborative atmosphere, and using KPIs to drive improvement.
Support Internal Operations: Ensure that all necessary parts and materials are available on time to support production and service schedules.
Vendor Quality Assurance: Work closely with vendors to ensure materials meet our quality standards and maintain a strong vendor performance management system.
Standardization Champion: Implement standardized processes to enhance quality across planning, purchasing, and distribution.
Financial Stewardship: Manage departmental budgets, find cost-reduction opportunities, and make informed purchasing recommendations.
Team Supervision: Oversee the performance and development of supply chain employees, nurturing their professional growth.
Vendor and Contract Management: Select and evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with all agreements.
Strategic Planning: Regularly assess strategic plans for optimizing market opportunities and boosting profitability.
Inventory Control: Conduct inventory reviews, manage EOQ, and ensure accurate inventory through effective cycle counting.

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
At least 7 years of experience in purchasing or management roles.
APICS or Supply Chain Management certification preferred.
Proficiency with spreadsheets, charts, graphs, and word processing software.
