A Senior Litigation Attorney I is high-level attorney with 5+ years of law practice experience with no book. The successful Senior Litigation Attorney I is self-directed and thrives with lots of support and autonomy. The Senior Litigation Attorney I generally receive a substantial portion (approximately 70%) of their work through Gravis Law's lead generation and marketing and/or other attorneys in the office. A high-level Senior Litigation Attorney I is expected to generate a portion (30%) of their own billable work. They are expected to be able to present at one event and at one organization leadership event. Attorneys have access to coaching and support services for Attorney development and networking. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Attorney is expected to bill an average of 1500 hours annually, with collections expected on 1400 hours of invoices worked while working a full-time employment schedule. This roughly translates to billing 30 hours per week at 50 weeks annually.

Wage: Potential total compensation is $120,000 - $130,000 per year with base and bonus
Bonus Program: The Attorney is expected to meet all Quarterly Collection Requirements. Additional information about the Quarterly Collection Requirement and the Attorney Bonus Program will be provided to the Attorney for review and signature.

Duties will be performed in a standard office environment. Employees must have the ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with Gravis policy. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will occasionally be required to work weekends, holidays, be on call, and some employees could be required to travel overnight on occasion
