Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Real Estate Acquisition Consultant to join our dynamic team! In this fully remote role, you will play a crucial part in buying and selling homes. Your responsibilities will include following up on leads, valuing properties, estimating repairs, and closing deals while conducting thorough due diligence on all acquisitions. No prior real estate experience is necessary—just a strong desire to succeed in sales!

What You Will Do:
- Follow up on leads and assess property values, analyzing comparable sales to acquire new homes.
- Negotiate the acquisition and disposition of properties effectively.
- Conduct extensive due diligence on acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification.
- Estimate repair costs and determine the After Repair Value (ARV) and As-Is value of properties.
- Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties.
- Collaborate with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title companies throughout the closing process.

About You:
- You bring 4+ years of sales experience to the table.
- You have a track record of being consistently ranked in the top 10% of sales staff in previous positions.
- You possess excellent communication skills and are proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
- You have demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding quotas through phone sales.
- A Bachelor's Degree or higher is preferred.
