Job Description

H&K Group, Inc. is looking for a Preventive Maintenance Administrator to track all rental invoices, complie, and send out reports and work with logistics ot classify, record, verify, and maintain data. The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, and dependible.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform all work adhering to OSHA/MSHA and H&K Safety policies
• Prepare, sort, copy, and file invoices, correspondence, and other requested items
• Audit invoices against purchas orders
• Post invoices to accounting system for payment
• Compile and send out reports
• Provide information to maintenance staff
• Provide schedule to lube trucks
• Work closely with logistics and provide support
• Assist with related special projects
• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills, Education, and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent (such as the GED) from an accredited educational institution OR three months of related training and/or experience
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered
• Experience using various spreadsheet, word processing, and specialized software (Outlook, Excel)
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Mathematical skills
• Basic knowledge of truck and equipment maintenance
• Ability to fit test & utilize appropriate PPE as needed
• Ability to meet physical requirements (movement, lifting, as relevant to job)

Preferred Skills, Education, and Experience

• Associate or bachelor degree in business administration or related field from an accredited educational institution
• Experience with maintenance in heavy civil construction, road construction, or other heavy industry
• OSHA, MSHA, or other relevant safety certifications
