Now Hiring: Independent Truck Driver Recruiter Contractor (Commission Only)

Are you experienced in recruiting and ready to work independently? Class A Jobs 411 is looking for Independent Truck Driver Recruiter Contractors to join our team and help connect trucking companies with top driver talent across the country. This is a commission-only position , but our recruiters average between $50,000 to $200,000 annually . Please note that candidates must have their own advertising resources to effectively attract potential drivers.

Job Description: As a Contract Recruiter , you will collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and use a variety of methods to attract qualified truck driver candidates. You’ll play a key role in finding and onboarding professional drivers while enjoying the flexibility of working independently.

Duties:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand driver needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.
• Use job boards, social media, networking, and your own advertising resources to attract experienced CDL drivers.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess driver qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between drivers and hiring managers.
• Perform reference checks, background screenings, and extend job offers.
• Negotiate employment terms and assist with the onboarding process.
• Keep accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular updates on open positions.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a recruiter or in a related role.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems like Taleo or Tenstreet.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and build relationships.
• Must have your own advertising resources to recruit drivers.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
• Experience in employee relations, training, or succession planning is a plus.

Job Type: Contract (Commission Only)
Pay Range: Recruiters average $50,000 – $200,000 annually.
