**($250 signing bonus)**

Shine is a window cleaning, pressure washing, and Christmas lighting installation company. As of Feb 1st, we are now offering landscape lighting.  We're expanding our team and looking for motivated individuals interested in joining our crew as Landscape Lighting Technicians. This role is perfect for those who love working outdoors and are passionate about creating beautiful, well-lit landscapes.

Responsibilities:

• Installation of Lighting Fixtures: Efficiently install various types of outdoor lighting fixtures according to design specifications.
• Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on existing lighting systems to ensure they operate correctly.
• Site Preparation: Prepare installation sites, including digging trenches for wiring, under the supervision of a lead installer.
• Equipment Handling: Safely operate and maintain tools and equipment used in landscape lighting installation and maintenance.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to complete projects efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
• Client Interaction: Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with clients on-site, ensuring a positive company image.

Requirements:

• Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, digging, and standing for extended periods.
• Technical Aptitude: Interest in learning about outdoor lighting installation techniques and electrical systems.
• Reliability: Strong work ethic and dependability are essential.
• Communication Skills: Good verbal communication skills for effective teamwork and client interactions.
• Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from various job sites in the [City/Region].
• Experience: Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or electrical work is beneficial but not required. Training will be provided for motivated candidates.
