Investment Banker (Remote)
About the Role
We are a consulting firm specializing in partnering with institutional investors, portfolio companies, and growing businesses to drive growth through sourcing, due diligence, operations, and strategic exits.
We're currently executing a fast-track seed-stage capital raise and are seeking an experienced Investment Banker to lead this critical fundraising effort. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the CEO to develop investor materials, target high-net-worth investors, and manage the entire capital raise process from start to finish.
What You'll Do
Lead Capital Raise: Manage the full lifecycle of a seed-stage fundraising round ($250K-$500K), including investor outreach, materials development, and deal closure.
Engage Investors: Identify and connect with high-net-worth investors, present opportunities, and negotiate deal terms.
Create Compelling Materials: Develop and refine key investor materials, including pitch decks, financials, and strategic use-of-proceeds plans.
Strategize Fundraising Efforts: Define and execute a tailored strategy for targeting the right investors and structuring deals effectively.
What We're Looking For
10+ years of experience in angel, VC, or PE capital markets.
A proven history of successfully raising capital ($500K-$5M) for early-stage companies.
An extensive network of high-net-worth investors and active SEC/FINRA broker-dealer licenses in good standing.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
A self-starter mindset with the ability to independently manage complex fundraising processes while collaborating closely with leadership.
