Job Description

Requirements:

• 7 or years of experience in database management and data migration, especially with healthcare EHR systems.
• Proficiency in Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and Excel for SaaS platform migrations.
• Experience in business analysis to evaluate user requirements and optimize system functionality.
• Experience with documenting business process flows and process improvements.
• Experience with data input/output process specifications.
• Experience in resolving complex data issues through strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ideal candidate will have state government project experience.
• Excellent communication skills for project documentation and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead migration of the resident information system, integrating EHR systems to a new SaaS platform.
• Proficiency in designing workflows to ensure a seamless system migration.
• Conduct and manage unit testing, test scenarios, and debugging for migration reliability.
• Regularly update project stakeholders and resolve issues via ticketing systems.
• Provide training and system documentation post-migration to support end-users.
• Ensure design standards and validation processes for post-migration data integrity.
• Apply strategic oversight and user feedback to optimize system performance.
