Responsibilities:

Analyze complex payment reconciliation and over/under-premium issues.
Develop and maintain SQL queries for revenue stream reconciliation.
Resolve payment disputes and lockbox decisioning items.
Review and provide guidance to junior analysts.
Create and update premium-related notifications.
Collaborate with BPO vendors on system and process improvements.
Perform detailed analysis of refund requests and overpayments.
Prepare month-end reports and journal entries.
Interpret complex regulatory requirements related to premium billing.
Build and maintain strong internal relationships.
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and quality.
Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in premium billing, reconciliation, and reporting.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
Expert SQL Server query development skills.
Proficiency in Excel and Word.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to lead and mentor others.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
