Our recruiting effort requires a Digital Engagement and Onboarding Specialist: a person who can identify, connect with, and invite suitable candidates for Financial Professional openings within our firm through social media engagement and management. Other recruiting team members then cultivate those connections, as prospects are vetted throughout the recruiting process. It’s pretty straightforward: the more high quality, talented individuals we recruit to our financial services teams, the more lives we will be able to touch in the process.
So… if you’re involved in your community, unafraid of speaking with strangers, and curious about people in general – this may be just the position for you. This role involves a lot of phone calling and some amount of in-person networking.
How will you extend our impact ? You will…
- Create a cohesive and strong online presence for the firm.
- Generate leads through social media marketing.
- Create a high volume of activity and organize marketing efforts.

- A great connector; outgoing and comfortable speaking with all kinds of people on the phone, in-person.
- Highly connected on social media
- Involved in the communities that matter to you: perhaps you have volunteered, or organized a group around a cause
- Dedicated to reaching a goal, and comfortable with repeating the same series of tasks to get there
What may be helpful …
- 1-2 years’ experience working in an office environment
- Social media management/ social media marketing experience
- Experience in a people-facing environment, e.g. retail
