We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients achieve maximum value from our innovative solutions.
What you'll be doing:
Onboarding and Implementation: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and successful initial implementation.
Driving Customer Success: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and identify opportunities to maximize their use of our platform.
Building Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients at all levels, from users to executive sponsors.
Advocating for our Clients: Serve as a key advocate for our clients within the organization, collaborating with other teams (e.g., Product, Engineering, Sales) to address client needs and improve our offerings.
Driving Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities for revenue growth within existing accounts.
Providing Exceptional Support: Resolve client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.
What you'll bring to the table:
3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar role within a SaaS company.
Proven experience in customer onboarding, implementation, and training.
Strong understanding of customer success methodologies and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in the Food and Beverage industry and/or Supply Chain is a plus.
