Provide exceptional support to callers by answering their questions and resolving their concerns regarding healthcare benefits.
Be a source of knowledge, staying up-to-date on healthcare benefit programs and procedures.
Effectively communicate with callers to understand their needs and provide clear, concise information.
Utilize strong computer skills to navigate various systems and document interactions.

What You'll Need:

3+ years of call center experience (a plus, but we can train the right candidate!)
A passion for helping others and a commitment to providing excellent service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Strong active listening skills - listen to understand, not just respond.
The ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Proficiency in using computers and various software programs.
