Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and adapt to the company's purchasing process by requesting prices from Vendors and placing purchase orders 

• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations in a timely manner to meet internal deadlines. 

• Assist with daily bank reconciliation procedures including use of both spreadsheets and bank reconciliation software to match records and identify reconciling items. 

• Collaborate with internal and external contacts to resolve reconciling differences and research issues and/or discrepancies. 

• Scan and retain digital and hard-copy documents in accordance with internal policies and for audit and internal purposes. 

• Follow established standards, procedures, and applicable laws. 

• Ensure completeness and accuracy of data. 

• Perform other related duties as assigned. 

Requirements

• Must be comfortable being assertive in Purchasing to get the best buy. 

• Bilingual in Mandarin a plus. 

• Must be comfortable developing estimates. 

• Minimum 4 years business/accounting experience required, preferably as an accounting clerk. 

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel. 

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. 

• Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
